Where we find beauty in imperfection, fight conformity and share our stories of this broken world.

Wabi-Sabi (侘寂)

The beauty and appreciation of things imperfect and impermanent; accepting the flow of life.

About

Hi, I’m Lulu 🙂

A young South African woman, who decided to start a blog when she was 16, so she could let some of her thoughts/ideas/theories/shouts spill out somewhere.

Wabi-Sabi is a Japanese world-centered view on the beauty of imperfection and the reality of the cycle of life and decay. So much of what i wanted to start discussions about involved perfection, society and the fears that both instill in us.

I therefore thought this would be a pretty apt name 🙂

In this blog you’ll find stories (raw, human ones), opinions and musings of a young woman in today’s world, dealing with pressure, expectations, joys, dreams, fears, and her own mind.
